Refund policy

We appreciate your business and want you to be 100% satisfied with each purchase. We post photos and detailed descriptions and we are available to answer any questions within 1-2 business days of receipt.

On the rare occasion you are not satisfied with your purchase, we may accept a one time return for credit. You will be required to notify us by email within 3 calendar days of your receipt of item. Upon our approval you will be required to return the item exactly as received within 3 calendar days of receipt of approval. Insurance and tracking on your return package is encouraged for your own protection.

Any approval is strictly at our sole discretion. To avoid this situation please be sure to inspect item photos, and description, and ask as many questions as you like to achieve a high level of satisfaction prior to your purchase.

We deduct a 20% restocking fee from the refund credit. Shipping and insurance will not be refunded. Credit will be issued within 3 business days of receipt of return.
